Child-Minding Services

Child-minding services are available to in-person Stronger Together Conference participants with paid registration. Please read the following conditions regarding child-minding services at the Stronger Together Conference.

• Spaces are limited so you are required to pre-register.
• Parents/Guardians, who are registered in-person attendees of the conference, may register two children for child-minding free of charge. Additional children may be registered for a $5 fee per additional child.
• Child-minding services are available for children who are attending grade 4 or younger.
• All children registered for child-minding services must be toilet trained. There will be no diaper service available.
• Parents/Guardians of children in child-minding area must remain on-site at the Stronger Together Conference location for the entire time that their child(ren) are in child-minding services.
• If your child has any exceptional needs, you must speak with rabbicorey@strongertogether.co.il prior to registering your child to ensure that we are able to meet your specific requirements.
• Child-minding services will be supervised by volunteers who may be secondary school students, post-secondary students, or adults. Child-minding room will be supervised by volunteers who are at post-secondary age or older.
• Child-minding services will provide snacks and lunch for children. (Allergy/Food sensitivity requirements are on the registration form.)
• During their stay at child-minding services, you child may be shown an age appropriate film, be entertained by a clown and/or magician, and will engage in various age-appropriate activities.
• COMPLETED REGISTRATION FOR CHILD-MINDING SERVICES MUST BE SUBMITTED PRIOR TO MARCH 6, 2023 IN ORDER TO ENSURE RESERVED SPACES. (A number of spots may be available for walk-in registrations.)
• Parent/guardian and child will receive tamper-proof coloured bracelets with matching numbers. Bracelets must remain on until parent/guardian collects child from child-minding services.
• Parent/Guardian agrees not to hold the Stronger Together Conference or its agents responsible for injury of any kind to their child.
